Tips for Your Empowerment Photoshoot
Prepare for Your Journey Photography
Bienvenue, Beautiful Soul.
Your photoshoot is more than just capturing images—it’s a wellness experience, a time for yourself to reconnect with your essence, and a celebration of your unique beauty. Think of this as a self-care ritual, with the added gift of timeless memories to cherish forever.
This is your moment to pause, reflect, and rediscover the beauty within. Through my lens, we’ll capture not just your image, but your essence—timeless, radiant and uniquely you. The goal isn't perfection; it's presence.
A Week Before Your Session:
Aligning Your Energy
Dedicate moments to nurture yourself. Journal your intentions, meditate or take a walk in nature to ground your energy. Hydrate and nourish your body with wholesome, vibrant foods. Prioritise rest to feel your best. Indulge in simple self-care rituals—enjoy a warm bath, a relaxing skincare moment or anything that makes you feel calm and radiant.
On the Day:
Arrive as You Are
Let simplicity guide you. No makeup, no hair styling—your natural beauty is more than enough. Opt for light, neutral tones like beige, whites, or soft earthy hues. Barefoot is always welcome, allowing you to feel grounded and free. Hair left natural or gently tied back is ideal. If we explore the ocean or nature, the elements will add their own magic.
The Wellness Connection
This photoshoot is a moment for yourself—a space to pause, breathe and be present. It’s a chance to embrace your strength, confidence and joy while reflecting on all that makes you extraordinary. Like a wellness treatment for your soul, it leaves you feeling rejuvenated and empowered, with the added bonus of stunning photos of you to treasure.

Raw images are not shared, as I carefully edit each photo to enhance its natural beauty and tell your story through my artistic lens.
Choosing the Perfect Location
The location sets the tone for your story. Whether it’s the comfort of your home, the serenity of a hidden beach, or a quiet forest nook, we’ll choose a space that speaks to you.
I have a few secret, photogenic spots on the Gold Coast that are perfect for capturing your essence. And if it rains? A gentle drizzle can add poetic charm, as long as it’s not cold.
